Wow Wii

I LOVE my Wii, seriously I do. You can do Aerobics, Yoga, strength training, etc. AND you can also keep a journal of your other workouts and keep track of everything in your Wii. It weighs you, gets your BMI and Fit Age too. I love the graphs and you see all of your progress every single day.

The games are fun too however, Mr. PM knocked me out in boxing last night :-( I also noticed that he has become very competitive in beating all of my scores too. LOL I'm still working out with my trainer but this is definitely a "fun" supplement into your regular workout routine.
